Two public hearings will occur at today’s noon meeting of the Windom Economic Development Authority.
The first hearing involves the potential sale of land in North Windom Industrial Park to Cemstone. It is part of a plan for Cemstone to move from it’s current site, at the south end of Cottonwood Lake, so the city can start a housing development there.
The second hearing is for the potential sale of property near River Bend Liquor for a yet-to-be-named business. Details on that project have been limited, to date.
The board will also discuss the apartment project located north of the Windom Community Center.
