Tonight the Windom School Board will hold its first of two public meetings regarding an important upcoming election decision.
Tonight’s meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the Windom Area Elementary Commons. A second public meeting will be held on Oct. 18 at the same location at 7 p.m.
On Nov. 2, the public will be asked for two things:
• To renew the current operating levy of $613 per pupil for an additional seven years.
• To consider a capital technology levy of $300,000 each year for the next seven years.
