A book launch and signing will be held Saturday for a Windom life coach who has penned her first book.
Myra Heckenlaible-Gotto’s book, titled “Crossing Life’s Bridges: Navigating Transitions and Creating Shifts . . . Bit by Bit” will be available on Amazon, beginning Saturday.
A book launch and signing will be held Saturday, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the horse arena at the Gotto farm, located east of Windom, across from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service office, at 49970 County Road 17.
For over 30 years, Heckenlaible-Gotto worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various educational and mental health settings as a teacher and psychologist. In the past five years, she has shifted, becoming an equine gestalt coach and a leadership coach, with horses playing a special role in her practice.
More on the book and Saturday’s event will appear in the Oct. 13 print edition of the Citizen.
