That and other questions will be answered at an upcoming survivability training event in Windom. The event, which will be led by Louis Norell of the Windom Police Department, is set for Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
“This is different than the normal training people have seen in the past,” Norell said recently. “Essentially, it’s a two-hour class. What people will get out of it is a chance to increase their survivability in an active shooter incident.”
