At Monday’s regular meeting, the Windom Economic Development Authority board granted a one month extension for a Windom apartment project.
A developer is looking to build market rate apartments just north of the Windom Community Center, at an EDA-owned site known as the “spec building property.”
The developer now has until Sept. 30 to sign and pay for the option, which would secure the property through the end of December.
