Large, heavy semi trucks and drugs are not generally considered a good combination.
Shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Windom police officers observed a semi with its lights off, parking in a no-parking zone in front of the Speedway convenience store on Highway 60-71. Upon investigation, a 32-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested and faces possible charges for possession of a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle.
It is not clear whether the driver had used marijuana at any point while going down the highway.
