A strange scene played out at Windom Towing, last week, as a customer was presented with his $477 repair bill.
Instead of paying the bill, the man jumped in his car and took off. Eventually, the 44-year-old suspect from Sioux City, Iowa was arrested in Jackson. He not only faces local charges for theft of services, he also has been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
