When the Windom School Board approved this year’s Middle High School student handbook on Monday night, a couple of notable changes were included.
Principal Bryan Joyce noted some updated discipline policies and added that students will be allowed to bring backpacks to class. That change was given temporary approval last year, due to COVID 19. Now, because it appears to make things more efficient for students, it has been added to the handbook.
Another notable change is that, for the first time, students will be allowed to wear reasonably-sized hats in school.
