The Windom School Board hired Faith Harris as Windom Area Schools’ next grades 7-12 vocal music director during a brief special meeting at noon Friday.
Harris replaces Rachel Axford, who retired in June after 32 years teaching junior high and high school music in Windom.
Harris comes to Windom from Woodbury Leadership Academy in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, where she has taught special education since January 2020.
