The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, beginning at 9 a.m., at the Cottonwood County Courthouse.
On the agenda, the board will discuss and act on a resolution and advance agreement with Red Rock Rural Water Systems.
The board also will discuss an equipment purchase for the solid waste department and discuss a contract with the state for the sheriff’s office and the county attorney, and act to move two jailer/dispatchers to full-time.
The board also will spend a portion of the meeting in closed session to discuss pending litigation.
