Voters in the Windom school district can expect a question on the November ballot to replace the district’s present operating levy, which has been in place for 14 years.
But a second question also may be on the ballot. At Monday’s work session, the board debated the possibility of keeping the current operating levy in place and adding a capital tech levy.
If the board seeks a capital tech levy, those dollars could only be used for techology-related needs, including purchases of digital tablets for students and staff, software applications or digital curriculum.
A decision is expected by the July work session.
