River Road will be mostly closed to through traffic through the end of next week, as crews complete a significant overhaul in the area of 11th Street.
The project comes on the heels of a recent Windom City Council vote to use more than $81,000 in FEMA funds to patch a 480-square-foot section of the street. The street had been severely impacted by frost boils and heaves resulting from flood-related issues of the past.
