Windom Street Superintendent Brian Cooley has announced that starting this month his staff will spray the entire city for flying insects two nights each week.
Cooley told the city council he held off on spray treatments because of the cool, wet weather. However, crews began spraying the community last weekend.
In addition, Cooley assured council members that the city will be thoroughly sprayed in advance of the 2021 Riverfest celebration.
