Sometimes it’s a good idea not to draw attention to yourself.
That was the case for an area man who caught the attention of an area resident and later the Windom Police Department. According to the report, at 11:15 p.m. last Monday night, police received a report that a man was jumping in front of traffic in the 900 block of Second Avenue.
Upon investigation, the man was found and arrested on a warrant out of Jackson County.
