At a recent Windom City Council meeting, the council offered its views on walking paths related to the County Road 13 project, at Windom’s east edge.
After some discussion, the council favored installing striping in the 12th Street area of the road. The city’s active living plan had called for development of walking paths to safely connect residents with the Windom Recreation Area.
County commissioners will soon consider the council’s recommendation for its upcoming County Road 13 project.
