At a recent meeting, the Windom City Council shared views on walking paths linked to the County Road 13 project, at Windom’s east edge.
After some discussion, the council favored installing striping in the 12th Street area of the road, rather than a sidewalk. The city’s active living plan had called for development of walking paths to safely connect residents with the Windom Recreation Area.
