The Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, beginning at 9 a.m., at the Law Enforcement Center in Windom.
The board will hear from Public Works Director Nick Klisch on a number of items, including an update on County Road 7, requests for county-based adopt-a-highway segments and spring highway and park projects.
The board also will hold a public hearing for a proposed tax abatement for Bramer and Michelle Powers for the construction of a car wash.
The board also will address personnel items, including hires for the solid waste department and part-time jailer/dispatcher positions. The board also will address a promotion of a jailer/dispatcher to full-time and a request from a jailer/dispatcher to move to part-time.
