A potential apartment project will be part of the discussion at today’s regular meeting of the Windom Economic Development Authority.
The board, which meets at noon at city hall, will discuss land negotiations for property currently occupied by the EDA’s spec building, just north of the Windom Community Center. This potential project, which has been in the works for several months, would ultimately result in an apartment complex with more than 80 units.
Preliminary plans are for the spec building to be used as part of a garage complex for the apartments.
