Charger girls third, Falcon boys take fourth

Red Rock Conference Event

Adrian-Ellsworth swept the team victories Thursday at the first Red Rock Conference 18-hole golf events of the season.

The girls portion of the event was played at Adrian, while the boys played at Mt. Lake.

The AE girls scored a 400 to win the meet. Westbrook-Walnut Grove was third with a 445. Red Rock Central was sixth with a 503. Mt. Lake Area-Comfrey was incomplete.

The AE boys scored a 351 for the win. RRC was fourth with a 405. WWG was sixth with a 416. MLAC was eighth with a 508.

Individually, WWG’s girls were led by Lexi Herding, who scored a 100. Emma Wahl shot a 104 and Ivy Paplow had a 110.

Bailey Timm and Carlee Sell each scored a 110 for the RRC girls.

Olivia Christians was the lone MLAC girl in the event, finishing with a 103.

RRC’s boys were led by Justin Klabunde, who finished second overall for the day with an 84. Damon Holmen added a 106 for the Falcon boys.

Nathan Kuehl and Brady Ross each shot 99s for the WWG boys. Hunter Lien added a 100.

MLAC’s boys were led by Harlan Munning and Noah Rempel, each with a 118.
