After multiple delays, it appears the trial is just days away for the infant murder case involving Zachariah Baker of Windom.
Baker has been charged with second degree unintentional murder. At one time, the murder trial was set for March 26-April 10, but that was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Plans are for the trial to begin Tuesday with jury selection at the Cottonwood County Courthouse.
