A 31-year-old Windom man could face a charge of criminal vehicular operation in the wake of a severe crash on Fourth Avenue in Windom over the weekend.
Officers were called to the 1700 block of Fourth Avenue shortly before 3:30 a.m. and found an upside down 2020 Ford SUV. A passenger in the vehicle received significant injuries, according to the report.
The charge is pending a blood test and under review by the county attorney’s office. Windom fire and ambulance departments responded to the scene.
