At meeting earlier this month, Windom City Administrator Steve Nasby received feedback on an official evaluation by the city council.
The review, which covered several areas of responsibilities and competencies, was generally positive. The survey revealed high marks in managing municipal finances and resources along with professional leadership.
Nasby received a 4-plus rating on a scale of 1-5, exceeding expectations on many counts.
