It appears that recent student enrollment growth could put the district on the path toward a few significant hiring moves.
At tonight’s Windom School Board meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the city council chambers, the board is expected to act on a few staff addition recommendations from Superintendent Wayne Wormstadt. Below are two of several that are under consideration:
* Add a kindergarten teacher, increasing the grade level from five to six sections.
* Add a first grade teacher, increasing the grade level from four to five sections.
