Windom senior Parker Alvstad earned All-Big South Conference honors after finishing second in creative expression in the BSC Speech Tournament Thursday.
Students competed live, but virtually, each from their respective schools.
Alvstad’s runner-up finish earned him All-BSC for the first time. The top two finishers in each category are named all-conference, while the third-place finishers receive honorable mention.
Teamwise, Windom finished third in the small school division of the tournament with 36 points.
