The trial date has been pushed back once again for the infant murder case involving Zachariah Baker of Windom.
Baker has been charged with second degree unintentional murder. It is approaching the one-year anniversary for when the trial was originally scheduled — March 26, 2020.
Since then, it has seen multiple delays related to COVID-19. The trial was recently moved to May 4 and is expected to span most of the month.
