Lewis Family Drug of Windom has announced it will have Johnson & Johnson vaccines available to the public in Windom Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Lewis staff would like people to call for appointments, as they need to maintain social distancing and people must be monitored for 15 minutes afterward (CDC requirements). The phone number to call is 507-831-4161.
Who can get the vaccine now?
*Minnesotans aged 65 or older.
*Health care workers at health care facilities in Minnesota.
*Long-term care residents and staff members at long-term care facilities in Minnesota.
*Pre-kindergarten through Adult Basic and Community Education school staff members, or contracted school staff members, at schools in Minnesota.
*Child care staff members at licensed and certified child care centers or programs in Minnesota.
