It appears a new roof is in the Windom Arena’s future.
According to City Administrator Steve Nasby, the project will cost $250,000 to $275,000, once contingency fees and engineering costs are figured in. About 75% of the cost will be covered through an insurance payment received as a result of hail and wind damage.
“The intent is to start on the roof when hockey season is over,”
