The Windom-Mt. Lake wrestling team lost both ends of a triangular Tuesday in Redwood Falls, falling 54-16 to Jackson County Central and 39-33 to Redwood Valley.
In the opener against JCC, the Huskies won the first five weights, including four falls. The Cobras got on the board with a fall from Kade Sammons at 138. WML added a forfeit win at 220 and a major decision win for Alex Altman at heavyweight.
Against Redwood Valley, the match was tied going into the heavyweight bout, but Redwood Valley recorded a fall to pick up the victory. The Cobras had falls from Jared Hunter (106), Tucker Renquist (120) and Sammons (138). Caden Swoboda (132) won by decision. The Cobras received two forfeit wins.
