Nothing is final, but Mt. Lake’s Pow Wow appears to be headed toward significant pandemic-related changes in June.
Officials from the Mt. Lake Chamber of Commerce have announced they are working to see what they can and cannot do for the June 18-22 event. The good news is, people are coming forward with ideas for new events that fit rules related to health and safety.
“It would be inaccurate to say Pow Wow is cancelled,” said Rob Anderson of the Mt. Lake Chamber, adding that more will be known once a survey of Chamber members is completed. “It is an evolving situation.”
