The Windom Eagle girls basketball team saw an 11-point second half lead evaporate on the home floor Monday night.
But after holding off Luverne to force overtime, the Eagles got a pair of key three-pointers from Kait Huska, helping spark a 64-60 Windom win.
The Eagles were sharp from long distance all night, draining 10 three-pointers as a team. Seven of those came from Huska, including three in the first half to stake Windom to a 29-22 lead.
Luverne battled back in the second half after the Eagles had built the lead to 41-30, forcing overtime with a basket in the final 30 seconds.
In overtime, the Eagles jumped to the lead on a three-pointer from Huska, a basket by Delaney Smith and another Huska trey.
Allison Letcher hit a pair of free throws in the closing seconds, sealing the win.
Huska led the Eagles with 21 points. Letcher and Jadyn Wormstadt each added 13.Â
