Westbrook-Walnut Grove forced overtime behind a furious second half rally Saturday, but a pair of three-pointers in overtime lifted Adrian-Ellsworth to a 53-52 victory at Westbrook.
WWG was held to 14 points in the first half, but rallied in the second half behind four three-pointers from Isabel Klumper. The Chargers had six treys in the second half as a team.
In overtime, WWG took an early lead, but AE’s Shawna Rogers knocked down a pair of three-pointers. WWG’s attempt to win the game late fell off the rim.
Isabel Klumper led WWG with 17 points. Olivia Klumper added 14 in the loss.

Mt. Lake Area-Comfrey’s defense was sharp Friday night as the Wolverines claimed a 50-42 victory over Heron Lake-Okabena-Fulda in Mt. Lake.
The Wolverines held a slim five-point halftime lead, but MLAC forced the Coyotes into 22 turnovers in the game, with MLAC recording 14 steals.
Brooke Naas led the Wolverines with 19 points. Anika Fast added 11 points in the win.
