If only all of the area crime suspects would simply pull up to the Cottonwood County Law Enforcement Center and park their cars.
That’s essentially what happened in a case that occurred on Thursday night. According to police, at 11:51 p.m. a motorist was acting strangely as she parked her vehicle outside the LEC. Despite it being pitch dark, the headlights were off, yet tail lights kept blinking on and off.
An officer investigated and within minutes a 28-year-old Windom woman was arrested and faces a possible DWI charge, pending the results of blood tests.
