Thomas Renquist

Thomas "Tommy" Renquist, 60, of Bingham Lake died June 6, 2018, at his home in Bingham Lake.
A Celebration of Life service was Sunday at his home in Bingham Lake, with a time of remembrance following.
LaCanne Family Funeral Service of Windom handled the funeral arrangements.
Thomas "Tommy" Renquist was born Aug. 1, 1957, to Curtiss Monville and Betty Lou Donna (Oleson) Renquist in Windom. He was baptized and confirmed at Bethany Lutheran Church in Storden.
Tommy received his education in Jeffers Public Schools, graduating from Storden-Jeffers High School in 1975. He grew up around the Jeffers area.
In 1986, Thomas married Theresa Marie Ring at American Lutheran Church in Windom. Their marriage was blessed with three daughters.
Tommy lived in Bingham Lake for many years.
He was employed with Ag Builders for 40 years as a crew foreman until retiring in 2017.
Tommy will be remembered for living life to the fullest, his sense of humor and wit, and ability to make people smile and laugh.
His greatest joys were his daughters and grandchildren, for whom he bought a merry-go-round, mowed baseball diamonds for them to play games and took them on camping trips and built bonfires. He also enjoyed pulling his grandchildren through the snow behind his four-wheeler.
Tommy will be remembered for his cooking and baking, including holiday meals, Sunday family meals and chocolate chip cookies. He also was willing to lend a helping hand any time he was able.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Tenley Theresa Senesourinh.
Survivors include his three daughters: Tawana (Renquist) and Anthony Elg, Tashina (Renquist) and Evan Zacher, and Tanaya Renquist and Niranh Senesourinh; five grandchildren; and two siblings, Susan Renquist Phipps and Ed "Louie" Cooper, and Steve (Dawn) Renquist.
