At the start of the new baseball season, I honestly didn't know when, or if, I'd get to see the Twins new stadium, Target Field, in person. It's been a long time since I followed the NBA with any regularity. The Timberwolves actually had a decent team, built on young talent and smart front office moves. When Commissioner David Stern chose to make an example of the Wolves for circumventing the salary cap, taking away four years' worth of first-round picks, I knew it would cripple the Wolves.
