RRC 30-28 = 58 Ellsworth 17-40 = 57 Red Rock Central held off a furious second-half rally Friday, clinging to a 58-57 victory at Ellsworth.
The Falcons took a 13-point lead into the locker room at halftime before the Panthers came out red hot from the field in the second half.
But RRC was able to hold the Panthers off the boards much of the game to preserve the victory.
Jeff DeCock led the Falcons with 28 points in the win.

Windom 25-31 = 56 Montevideo 19-22 = 41 The Windom Eagle boys basketball team turned up the defensive intensity once again Saturday, holding Montevideo in check for a 56-41 victory in a game played at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall.
The Eagles held a six-point halftime lead but bottled up Montevideo's attempts at a comeback in the second half. An edge on the glass allowed the Eagles to pull away for the 15-point victory.
Collin Lovell led the way with 23 points and seven reabounds. Nathan Remmers added 13 points and seven rebounds.
