AmericInn walls expected to go up next week

Today's news updates: 5:30 a.m., 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m.)

Windom area residents should get a good look at the shape of AmericInn by this time next week, according to Drew Hage, Windom economic development director.

Hage informed Citizen Online that the walls are expected to go up next week. He added that the walls are being built off-site.

However, after that, progress may appear slow as crews complete the inside work, Hage said. He added that there are still plans to open the hotel sometime in May.
