Inflatables, fireworks, spirits falling into place for Saturday

Everything appears to be coming together nicely for Saturday's Ein Bier Bitte II in Windom.

Organizers Brad Bussa and Joe Audette say this year's event will be bigger and better than ever. And now things are falling into place, according to Bussa and Audette.

Saturday's event is two events in one. Tegels Park will host "Spirit of the Park," a family-oriented event that features games, craft booths, inflatables, fireworks and more. Bussa said yesterday that four inflatables have been ordered, including some that are highly popular for each age group. He added that food and other vendors are signing up to appear at the park.

In addition, Audette is upbeat about plans for tasting of beer, wine and hard liquor for the other half of the event, "Spirits of the Fest." He said people will have the chance to taste more than 100 different types of beer, wine and hard liquor.
