Marshall man hired as county engineer/public works director

Nick Klisch of Marshall has been hired as Cottonwood County's new highway engineer/public works director.

Klisch, 29, is currently a senior engineer at the District 8 MnDOT office in Marshall. He is a native of the Becker area.

He replaces JinYeene Neumann, who left for a similar county engineer position in Carlton County in order to be closer to family and friends in her hometown.

Nick and his wife, Raina, have no children and currently live in Marshall. Raina teaches first grade in the Russell-Tyler-Ruthton School District.
