Cobra gymnasts post season-best score in win

Cobras 133.5, Tigers 102.3
The Windom-Mt. Lake gymnastics team posted its second consecutive season-high score Thursday night, rolling to a 133.5-102.3 win over Marshall at Windom.

The Cobras swept the top four placings in the all-around competition, led by a 33.85 from Megan Muller. Hannah Kloss and Miki Bolin tied for second with a 33.75 and Megan Theesfeld was fourth with a 31.225.

The Cobras also swept the top four places on bars, beam and floor. Megan Muller led the way on bars with an 8.375. Kloss was second (7.95) followed by Bolin (7.725) and Amy Muller (7.7).

On beam, Bolin placed first with an 8.25 followed by Megan Muller with an 8.15 and Kloss with an 8.05. Courtney Engler was fourth (7.625).

On floor, Kloss placed first with an 8.95 followed by Bolin (8.925), Megan Muller (8.675) and Engler (8.5).

Bolin finished first on vault with an 8.85, followed by Kloss in second (8.8) and Megan Muller in third (8.65).

Cobras 133.375, Bucs 122.475
The Windom-Mt. Lake gymnastics team turned in a solid performance Tuesday night, rolling to a victory over Blue Earth Area at Winnebago.

The Cobras took the top three all-around spots, led by Hannah Kloss with a 34.475 score. Miki Bolin was second (33.85) and Megan Muller was third (33.35).

Kloss was first on vault with a 9.1 followed by Bolin in second (9.0) and Muller in fourth (8.725).

Muller finished first on bars (8.225) with Kloss fourth (7.75).

The Cobras swept the beam, led by Kloss with an 8.75. Bolin was second (8.15) followed by Muller (7.625) and Courtney Engler (7.55).

Bolin took first on floor with a 9.1. Kloss was third (8.875) and Muller finished fourth (8.775).
